Group FaceTime calls revived in iOS 12.2!
Apple will be launching iOS 12.2 soon. The third developer beta for iOS 12.2 was released earlier today, and includes the reinstatement of Group FaceTime calls.
Group FaceTime was disabled after the discovery of a bug that allowed users to eavesdrop on others.
Apple released a fix on February 7 but the feature remained disabled. The third beta release also fixed the bug which was displaying iPhone’s charge on the lock screen instead of the date.
iOS 12.2 beta 3 changes and features:
About screen in Settings app now lists hardware device model name
Lock screen now displays date properly again
Apple News header text changed from ‘APPLE NEWS’ to ‘News’
Music videos no longer automatically play in fullscreen
Find Interests in Other Apps for Today at Apple sessions
Updated buttons in Wallet app details
