Will Apple adopt Samsung folding screens?
A South Korean news report said that Samsung is seeking to supply Apple with its folding screens.
According to ETNews, Samsung manufactured a set of folding screens and sent them to Apple. The folding screens measures 7.2 inches, which is about 0.1 inch smaller than Samsung folding phone "Samsung Galaxy Fold".
The newspaper also said that Samsung is contacting Google, which owns Pixel phones, and is also the owner of the Android operating system, which dominates the smartphone market by more than 85%.
"We know that Samsung Display has provided a range of folding screens for Apple and Google to expand its business and attract new customers" said an ETNews source .
Samsung also contacted its Chinese competitors, Huawei and Opo. But Apple and Google are the leaders in the phones Market.
