New update in WhatsApp that will get rid of annoying problem with archived chats
The new update in Whatsapp application will add a new feature that allows users to "hide" unwanted conversations more easily. Currently, when you put a chat into the archive there’s a chance it can pop back when someone sends a new message.
The new version of Whatsapp will include the "ignore archived conversations" feature. Once it’s turned on, the conversations which are locked away in the archive will stay there and never come to the top of your Chats list even if a new message is received.
This feature was originally called vacation mode and will be rolled out in an upcoming WhatsApp update.
The same feature is expected to be applied to conversations that are placed on "silent", which returns to the foreground when new messages arrive.
