Has your phone fell in the water? Here are 4 steps to save it
Despite the fact that smart phone manufacturers are producing water-proof phones, a large number of the phones currently on the market are not, so we offer you the right steps to save your phone if it fell in water.
1. Take the phone out of the water and turn it off. After that, wipe the phone from the outside with a dry towel and remove the battery, to avoid any short circuit. Experts recommended also to remove the SIM card and memory card.
2 - Wipe the phone well to get rid of moisture, with dry cloth or towel.
3. Do not use the hair dryer to dry your phone in any way, but you can use a vacuum cleaner for 7 to 10 minutes.
4 - Put the phone in a box containing rice or any substance absorbs moisture and expose the phone to the sun for a day or two, and flip it from time to time to get rid of the reamining water in any openings, and after making sure that the water is out completely, try to turn it on.
